On the Web, feedback comes from everywhere. Email isn't the only purveyor of opinion and taste when you're sitting in a medium where everyone is a publisher and everyone is a reader.

Take, for example, Ezine Reviews, which had this to say about Ad Nauseam:

When history closes this chapter, Ad Nauseam may not have the by-line, but it
will undoubtedly be referred to in many footnotes.

"Hey baby, can a historical footnote buy you a drink?" Lots better than what nasty ol' Magellan had to say:

Ad Nauseum has some moderately interesting things to say on occasion. A
Feedback section provides living proof that some people out there actually
read the various pieces on this site.

Magellan's crummy badge For this glowing review, I'm entitled to paste this crummy badge on my page, as though I want the world to know that Magellan thinks this site sucks. ("My mom and dad went to Magellan's web site and all I got was this stupid logo.") Maybe I should hook them up with Joe Lorino while I lick my wounds.

Any respite for the downtrodden? No way, from reading Bandwidth:

Sometimes, a name just says it all ... The grumpy people at Ad Nauseam point out all
the stupid things people do.

Grumpy? Who the hell are you calling grumpy? Goddamn critics, I'll show them ...

Cool Magazine of the Week has some nice things to say, even if my grammer ain't so hot:

Strictly an amateur effort ... If you can put up with spelling errors and typos ...

When I first read this, I got kind of defensive, until I remembered that I've been misspelling "Verbiage" for the past nine months. Yeah, I guess that might be a problem ...
